About This Model
Microsoft Phi-4 is a 14B parameter language model trained on high-quality synthetic and curated data. It performs strongly on reasoning-intensive tasks relative to its size. On OMEGA Core, Phi-4 serves as the primary general-purpose model and as a baseline against which custom model behaviour is compared.
